i have a garmin nuvi 205, y plug in the cable and there are a bunch of folders and files… i know the file must be a .gz, but that’s it… where do i have to put that .gz file? do i have to name it something specific?

i haven’t tried with the micro sd card… is it the same?
but i’ve found lots of pages to download maps! i’ve even downloaded a bunch of them!

I got a Garmin for Christmas this year and I was setting it up today. I was setting the language and everything and put it on English. It speaks in a woman voice. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get it to speak in a man voice instead?

I have a Garmin Nuvi 205 Black. I know i have to buy the USB cable but do I have to buy a Micro SD card. Do I need one to download vehicles and voices too? If I do how much do they cost(What’s the cheapest). If i don’t need a card where do I download it to and how?

I’m thinking to get this watch for my dad’s birthday. The description sounds like the watch he wants. But is their anything that you don’t like about it. Where’s a good place to get it at, the cheapest place. Is it going to be around 100.00 or more.
