Which GPS to buy? TomTom GPS ONE 130 or Garmin Nuvi 205 3.5″?

Hello. I wanted to get my husband a GPS for Christmas but know nothing about them. A store circular has a few on sale. TomTom GPS ONE 130 or Garmin Nuvi 205 3.5″ are the cheapest so I was wondering what one was better. He’s pretty good at directions and finding things. For me, I’d like a feature that if you were looking for a specific store for example and typed in the name, they can help you locate one. Please let me know your opinions on both and what unique feature they have if you own one. Thanks so much!
Personally the TomTom

hope this helps
Garmin is a best gps system, I suggestion a Garmin nuvi model is a 205, 205W, 255W.
205: has 3.5-inch touch screen, turn by turn spoken directions.
205W: has 4.3-Inch diagonal touch screen color display, turn by turn voice directions.

255W: same as 205W but has text-to-speech (you get turn by turn spoken directions with the real names of streets (e.g. “turn left in 50 feet at Nebraska Way”, rather than merely “turn left in 50 feet”)), 4.3-Inch diagonal touch screen color display, where am I function, etc.
I’m not sure, BUT whichever one you get DO NOT program “HOME” as your actual address, use a cross street nearby or just your town. Reason being, if it was ever stolen you do not want to give the thief directions to your front door. If they see you have nice electronics in your vehicle they figure you will have some at home too! Nice present by the way, can I be on your Christmas list?? LOL
