Garmin’s MAP60 CSx is an all-purpose upgradeable handheld locator that lets you load up your own digital maps for better reference. The reflective 256-color display lets you find your way on the map in almost any lighting. It’s got a long-life battery for up to 20 hours of outdoors adventuring.
WARNING: Garmin will tell you that this unit will support a 4Gb memery chip but they do not tell you that Mapsource and Mapinstall applications that are suplied with the unit can not compile a set of maps in excess of 2Gb and when you try over 2Gb you wast more than 5-6 hours waiting to get an error. Do not bother to call support as their responce is too bad as you can only compile and download 2Gb of mapsusind suplied software and are not planning an up grade for 4Gb memory usage!
