I purchased this as a replacement for the original Garmin cable which was lost. I thought it would be long enough as it says it’s 8 feet long. That must be the length stretched out. The problem is that the coiled cable is only 2 feet long and very springy. The constant stretching to try to reach the windshield weakened the connector and the wire pulled out. So now I have to purchase another adapter. I don’t recommend this product.
